<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding method and a wiring apparatus which is simple in configurations, and which is suitable for miniaturization, and which is improved in productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A spool gripping repairing tool 44 is formed on a rotating table 42, and a spool 30 is positioned and fixed by the spool gripping repairing tool 44. A nozzle device 56 is formed in the periphery of the table 42, and a nozzle 104 of the nozzle 56 is rotated by a first cylinder 78, and rocked in a direction orthogonal to the axial center of the nozzle 104 by a second cylinder 92. When a wire 20 is wound around a winding part 38 of the spool 30, the nozzle 104 of the nozzle device 56 is rotated by the first cylinder 78, and when a rectangular wire 20 is wound in such a state that it is inclined to the spool 30, and the wire 20 is gradually laminated on the spool 30, the nozzle device 56 is displaced under the energizing action of a second cylinder 92 orthogonally to the axial direction of the nozzle 104, and the wire 20 is aligned, and wound around the spool 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
