<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely share encryption keys in a telemedical system. <P>SOLUTION: The telemedical system comprises an internal network, a user terminal, a measurement terminal for measuring biological data, an adapter for a user terminal which can be attached to the user terminal and the measurement terminal to perform communication through the internal network by being attached to the measurement terminal, and an adapter for a measurement terminal which is attached to the measurement terminal to communicate with the adapter for user terminal through the internal network, can securely share service keys by attaching and detaching the adapter for a user terminal and the adapter for a measurement terminal to/from the user terminal and the measurement terminal and can ensure secure communication. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
