<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tempo clock generation device and a program, for accurately and easily generating a tempo clock which is synchronized with a music piece included in an audio signal. <P>SOLUTION: The frequency and the phase of a beat in the audio signal are estimated by generating the difference of a power waveform of the input audio signal between adjoining frames, and by performing Fourier transform on the generated difference (an on-set detection signal). A pulse signal including the estimated frequency and phase is generated, and pulses are periodically selected from the pulse signal according to a rhythm structure (the number of the beat) of the audio signal, and thereby, a tempo clock pulse signal which expresses a meter of the audio signal is generated. From parameters extracted by the processing, certainty information which expresses likelihood of the generated tempo clock pulse signal is generated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
