<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milk-containing beverage rich in milk flavor. <P>SOLUTION: The milk-containing beverage is obtained by: preparing the fat globules of fresh milk each to have a median diameter of 1.0-6.0 μm to solve the problem that the milk-containing beverage causes generation of floating separation and precipitation of insoluble substance during storage while the milk flavor in the beverage becomes stronger when the fat globule in the beverage is large; and adding a saturated fatty acid-based glycerol monoester having low HLB to a beverage, so that the generation of the floating separation of fat and the precipitation of insoluble substance caused during storage are suppressed to the extent of bearing comparison with those of a beverage containing milk having O/W emulsified substance with small fat globules. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
