<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card capable of preventing deterioration of reception sensitivity of an antenna while maintaining size. <P>SOLUTION: This IC card 30 is provided with the antenna 40 for communication, and an IC chip 52 having an electronic circuit on a substrate 51, and performs radio communication with external equipment such as a personal computer 10.
