PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth adhesive tape which is low in cost, excellent in cutting property by hand, less in the incorporation of foreign substances such as cotton rug to exhibit fine appearance, and is hardly water-infiltrated from the side surface of the tape in outdoor use. SOLUTION: The cloth adhesive tape is formed by providing an adhesive layer on a ground fabric woven using cotton-polyester blended yarn in the blended ratio of 50-70% cotton as warp yarn and/or weft yarn wherein the filament size of the cotton-polyester blended yarn is nominal count of 35-50, warp density is 20-50 yarns/inch and weft density is 50-80% of warp density.
