<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient solid-state electrolytic capacitor which has advantages in productivity, volumetric efficiency, and noise rejection property in high frequency region and can respond to steep current variation of load. <P>SOLUTION: In the multi terminal type solid-state electrolytic capacitor, a capacitor element, which includes porosity sintered compact made of valve-action metal powder having two or more positive electrode leads which project from one end side, dielectric oxide film formed on the front face of the porosity sintered compact, and a negative electrode containing solid-state electrolytic layer formed on the dielectric oxide coating, is subjected to resin packaging on a substrate having two or more positive electrode packaging terminals and negative electrode packaging terminals. Two or more positive electrode leads consists of projected portion, which is outside from the porosity sintered compact, out of valve action metallic pattern, which bends by two or more places inside the porosity sintered compact and extends while path length is ensured. By making variation in shape of two or more positive electrode leads, shape of connection portions to the substrate, and connection path, difference can be caused in inductance from an positive electrode lead root of the porosity sintered compact to each packaging terminal. A mounting terminal with small inductance is used on the load side, and the mounting terminal with large one is used on the power supply side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
