PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and mobile terminal for dealing with a visitor and system therefor in which convenience and crime prevention property can be improved. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an apparatus 1 for dealing with a visitor communicably connected, via a public line network 4, to an authentication server 3 that is connected to an authentication DB 31 and performs identity authentication in response to a request, and a mobile terminal 2 that performs communication via a base station 5, comprising: an interphone outdoor unit 1a including an interphone means 11, an imaging means 12, and an authentication reading means 13 for reading authentication information and the like; and an interphone indoor unit 1b including a display means 15, a transmitting/receiving means 17, an operation setting storage means 16 which enables information setting and user operation input, and a control processing means 14 which causes the authentication reading means 13 to read authentication information, transmits the information to the authentication server 3 to request identity authentication of the principal, receives an authentication result or the like as a response, displays the authentication result, an image and the like on the display means if a state of going-outside is not set, and transfers the information to a set transfer destination if the state of going-outside is set.
