PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust, in particular, the volume in an acoustic device without changing a system at a side of the acoustic device. SOLUTION: When a mute key in a remote control transmitter 10 is operated, a mute signal in a plurality of audio devices is transmitted, wherein an arrow indicates a flow of time. The remote control transmitter 10 sequentially outputs therefrom signals for muting four acoustic devices of "A-company's television", "B-company's television", "C-company's audio" and "D-company's audio". Namely these transmission data codes are constituted by arraying, a time sequential manner, device muting data codes for muting the respective devices. The respective device muting data codes are constituted of reader code, custom code mute data code and trailer and there are four types of codes for the "A-company's television", "B-company's television", "C-company's audio" and "D-company's audio".
