PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide low-crosstalk high-speed high-density differential wires, capable of reducing the near-end and far-end crosstalks of the differential wires that mutually adjoin in unlimited manner, substantially making it 0 in the permissible error range. SOLUTION: In a stacked pair of differential wires having differential wires using, as a pair, wires 1 wherein the thickness of the wire is smaller than the width of the wire, and reference grounds 3 for the wires, ground wires 2 are arranged, at positions close to the reference grounds 3 between the adjacent differential wires. Preferably, the ground wires 2 are arranged vertically symmetric, adjacent to the upper and lower reference grounds 3 between the adjacent differential wires. The thickness of the wire 1 is set to enable canceling the near-end crosstalks of the differential wires. The distance between the ground wire 2 and the reference ground 3 is set so as to be able to cancel the far-end crosstalks of the differential wires. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
