PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile electronic apparatus for controlling displacement of casings under the condition that the casings are closed in the mobile electronic apparatus having the 2-axis hinge structure. SOLUTION: In the folding type mobile terminal 100 including a hinge section 3 of the rotary 2-axis structure, a couple of buffering members 14 are arranged in parallel to a rotating axis A for folding purpose at an end in the opposite side of the hinge section 3 at the internal side surface where a display unit 13 of a first casing is provided, while a couple of buffering members 24 are arranged at the locations respectively adjacent to the couple of buffering members 14 at the end in the opposite side of the hinge section 3 at the internal side surface where a key operation unit 23 of a second casing is provided.
