PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which makes it easier to view data broadcast. SOLUTION: In step S14, it is determined whether a digital reception part wherein the data broadcast is set is in a channel selection completion state. After channel selection completion is confirmed (Yes), processing is advanced to step S15 to acquire a BML document from the digital reception part wherein channel information of the digital broadcast is set. In a next step S16, a video display position and a video size are acquired from the BML document. In step S17, a video plane is generated in the position acquired and designated in the sep S16 in the designated size.
