PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the amount of distributed information from exceeding the storage capacity of a storage device of an on-vehicle device. SOLUTION: When receiving a telegram a control unit 207 extracts distributed information from the telegram. If the distributed information contains character information or image information, the control unit 207 controls an output unit 203 to display the characters or images on a monitor 224. Also, if the distributed information contains sound information, the control unit 207 controls the output unit 203 so as to output sound from a speaker. The control unit 207 stores the displayed character or the image information and the output sound information in a storage unit 207, and deletes the information which has already been stored.
