PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and low cost imaging lens which has a telecentricity much improved for the background technologies and can correct its aberration more desirably, and provide an imaging apparatus and a digital device incorporating it. SOLUTION: The imaging lens has a diaphragm 11, a first lens 12 which is a positive meniscus lens of a positive optical power with its convex side directed to the object side, and a second lens 13 of a negative optical power, all arranged in this order from the object side to the image side. The surface closest to the image side is non-spherical, and the relation 0.1<D3/f<0.25 is satisfied, when representing the thickness of the second lens by D3, and the composite focal length of the whole imaging lens system by f.
