PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that productivity may be degraded in some cases for holding curl correction effect of many kinds of recording sheets. SOLUTION: In a constitution including an endless belt 130 that is heated and rotatable and a pressure roller 140 brought into press contact with the endless belt 130 to constitute a pressure contact part N1, and the recording sheet being nipped and conveyed at the pressure contact part N1 to heat an image on the recording sheet, a curl correction roller 160 is provided, which can press inward an outer circumferential surface of the endless belt 130 of the pressure contact part N1 at a downstream side in a sheet conveyance direction.
