PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device that effectively uses space inside a case and is advantageous in miniaturizing and thinning. SOLUTION: A printed wiring board 27A is arranged in a part that is inside the case 12 and faces the rear face of an inner cabinet 50 located oppositely to the front face 14, a plurality of electronic components 27B are mounted on the face where the printed wiring board 27A faces the rear face of a cabinet. A film 54 made of a material having insulating property is arranged between the inner cabinet 50 and the printed wiring board 27A. The film 54 has a substrate section 54A, and a plurality of electronic component storage sections 54B projecting from the substrate section 54A, and is integrally molded with a die. The substrate section 54A covers the printed wiring board 27A.
