摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the variation in the positional accuracy with respect to the target position of control in a shape memory alloy actuator and an electronic equipment furnished with the shape memory alloy actuator. SOLUTION: The shape memory alloy actuator comprises: a resistance detection part 14 which detects the electric resistance of an SMA wire 5; a resistance command value generation part 12 which generates first resistance command value data for a scan drive and second resistance command value data for a target position drive; a current supply control part 13 which varies the electric current to the SMA wire 5; and a target position arriving detection part 15 which derives a target candidate resistance command value corresponding to the target position of control in the scan drive, wherein the resistance command value generation part 12, when generating the second resistance command value data, generates the target resistance command value by adding a correction value to the target candidate resistance command value and varies at least either the correction value or a cooling time according to the target candidate resistance command value.
