PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appealing power by allowing written contents such as characters to stand out in sight by light emission by a simple device. SOLUTION: This pop board includes a surface pop part 3 formed of a transparent plate whose surface is treated to be repeatedly writable and erasable; a back face part 5 formed of a face plate provided facing the surface pop part; a background drawing 7 inserted between the surface pop part and the back face part; a light source part 9 provided on one side end of the surface pop part; and a reflecting tape 11 provided at the surface pop part. The reflecting tape 11 is provided at outer peripheral edges 11b-11d excluding the light source part 9 of the surface pop part. When the light irradiated from the light source part enters the surface pop part, the light is irregularly reflected striking the edges of four sides of the surface pop part. The irregularly reflected light strikes each face in the surface pop part and reacts with fluorescent components of characters and patterns written on the surface pop part when going out of the surface pop part to allow the written contents to stand out from the back side, thus taking such an effect that characters emit light (a false luminous effect).
