PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor capable of reducing an influence of engine combustion heat, and its mounting structure. SOLUTION: This pressure sensor 100 has an expansion material 50 for filling up a gap 300 between the wall surface of a mounting hole 220 of an engine head 200 and the side face of a shell part 1 around the axis of the shell part 1, by being expanded by heat generated in a combustion chamber 210 by start of an engine after being mounted in the mounting hole 220 of the engine head 200, on a portion on furthermore one end side of the shell part 1 than a sealing surface 24 on the side face of the shell part 1. Hereby, the combustion heat generated in the combustion chamber 210 is prevented from entering the gap 300, and the influence of the combustion heat on the side face on one end side of the shell part 1 is reduced.
