PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for a two-wheel vehicle with excellent operation stability performance capable of enhancing lateral grip in turning of the two-wheel vehicle and wear-resistance of the tread of the shoulder part and enhancing heat generation of the tread in an actual vehicle. SOLUTION: A rubber of a tread surface layer 15a is a rubber having small Shore A hardness, A first different kind of rubber layer 15c comprising a different kind of rubber having large Shore A hardness than the Shore A hardness of the surface layer 15a, in which width is in a range of 5-25% of tread deployment width, positions of both end parts are in a range of 5-14% of the tread deployment width and in a range of 15-30% respectively when they are measured from the tread end part 15z, and thickness is in 20-70% of the thickness of the whole of the tread is arranged on an inner layer of the tread of the shoulder part 16.
