PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for a vehicular headrest that does not require the punching process with a slide die even when manufacturing a base member that is a constituent member of a headrest by an injection molding. SOLUTION: The base member 40 includes a frame body 41 forming a contour of the headrest 30, and left and right groups of ribs 42, 42 having a plurality of ribs 51, 52, and 53 formed such that they are arranged symmetrical in the left-and-right direction bridging upper and lower portions of the frame body 41. The plurality of ribs 51, 52, and 53 are parallely arranged such that their thickness directions are oriented in the left-and-right direction and they are spaced from each other. The plurality of ribs 51, 52, and 53 are each formed with either one of a front notched groove 51a or 53a formed by notching a front peripheral face of the rib, or a rear notched groove 52a formed by notching a rear peripheral face of the rib.
