PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine capable of enhancing cooling function by a second cooling unit without impairing workability in detachment of a dust-prevention net. SOLUTION: The construction machine 100 is provided with a first cooling unit 10 arranged on a flow passage for cooling air; the second cooling unit 30 arranged in an upstream side of the cooling air than the first cooling unit; and the dust-prevention net 50 attached between the first cooling unit and the second cooling unit and preventing a foreign matter from being intruded into the first cooling unit. The construction machine 100 is further provided with a flexible sheet 70 mounted to an outer peripheral part of the second cooling unit and extending from the outer peripheral part of the second cooling unit toward the dust-prevention net.
