PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a utilization range of a concrete mixer to enhance the added value of the concrete mixer by providing a function of treating drainage from washing produced from a facility related to ready mixed concrete by a batch mixer because the batch mixer among concrete mixers is developed to satisfy kneading performance, restarting performance and discharging performance. SOLUTION: A water tank that can store drainage from washing is mounted to the concrete mixer, and the rotating speed of mixer blades is optionally adjusted by an inverter control device while attaining intermittent stirring operation to form a novel concrete mixer with a function of treating drainage from washing. One concrete mixer thereby has two functions of kneading the ready mixed concrete and treating drainage from washing, thus enlarging the utilization range of the concrete mixer.
