PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine capable of ensuring sufficient sealability between a cab and a unit case of an air-conditioning unit on an air-conditioning opening peripheral edge of the cab. SOLUTION: The unit case 17 of the air-conditioning unit 16 is arranged at the outer side corresponding to a ventilation opening 14 formed on the cab 11. To the peripheral edge of the opening 14 of the cab 11, seals 20, 21 interposed in a space to the unit case 17 are mounted. On both sides of the seals 20, 21, first receiving surfaces 34, 40 for receiving a surface of the cab 11 side of the unit case 17 and second receiving surfaces 35, 41 for receiving an outer peripheral surface of the unit case 17 are formed. A sealing material 36 is interposed between the first receiving surfaces 34, 40 and the second receiving surfaces 35, 41 of the seals 20, 21 and the unit case 17. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
