PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cutter which can safely and easily stick a paper piece for peeling to an adhesive tape, and quickly change an exchange of the paper piece or sticking position of the paper piece to the adhesive tape. SOLUTION: The tape cutter has a base 2 rotatably pivoting a retaining wheel 22 attached to an adhesive tape winding body 1 winding the adhesive tape in a rolled shape. The tape cutter includes a blade body 3 capable of cutting the adhesive tape 1a drawn out from the adhesive tape body 1 to forward, a paper piece cassette 5 capable of retaining a paper piece aggregate 4 laminating a plurality of paper pieces 4a, an elevating cassette 7 which has a first elastic member 6 for resiliently energizing the paper piece cassette 5 upward and exchangeably storing the paper piece cassette 5, a second elastic member 9 for resiliently energizing the blade body 3 upward, and an interlocking member 8 for interlocking the blade body 3 with the elevating cassette 7 on the base 2. The tape cutter is elevatably provided with the blade body 3 and constituted to stick the paper piece 4a to the adhesive tape 1a at the upper most position. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
