PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize an arranging position of an antenna and ensure the length of the antenna. SOLUTION: The outer shell 12 of a capsule has a through-hole 12X at the left cover part 12C. The through-hole 12X expresses a circular shape with a longitudinal axis X of the capsule outer shell 12 as a center. A protruding part 13 is mounted which protrudes outward from the inside of the capsule outer shell 12 through the through-hole 12X. The protruding part 13 expresses a cylindrical shape and the inside has an antenna 17. The antenna 17 is an air-core coil antenna formed by winding an electroconductive wire material around the central axis as the center, and the central axis accords with the longitudinal axis X.
