<p>[PROBLEMS] To provide a yo-yo quilt imparting a three-dimensional impression and so contrived that such yo-yo quilts arranged contiguously on a flat surface can be connected stably. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A paper pattern for quilts is obtained by drawing a straight line parallel with a tangent line to a virtual circle circumscribing the vertexes of a regular polygonal paper sheet at each vertex between the tangent and the center of the virtual line, removing the part outside the straight line, finding the intersections of each straight and two sides of the regular polygon meeting the vertex, connecting two intersections on each side of the regular polygon by a curve projecting toward the center of the regular polygon, and then removing the part outside the curve. A method for making a yo-yo quilt by using a cloth according to the pattern for quilts is also provided.</p> |
