Disclosed is a method for producing an amino group-containing conjugated diene polymer, which comprises a step for obtaining a conjugated diene polymer by polymerizing a conjugated diene compound in the presence of a reaction product of 1,3-bis(diphenylethenyl)benzene or a derivative thereof and a predetermined organic lithium compound, and a step for reacting the thus-obtained conjugated diene polymer with a predetermined modifying agent.
