Provided are a radio measurement procedure in a wireless local area network and a device supporting the radio measurement procedure. In the radio measurement procedure for measuring station statistics in the WLAN, a requesting station transmits a triggered station statistics request message, which includes trigger conditions and requests a triggered reporting process from an aggregate-MAC service data unit (A-MSDU) or an aggregate-MAC protocol data unit (A-MPDU) counter to a requested station. In a case where the trigger conditions occur in the A- MSDU or A-MPDU counter as a result of measurement, the requested station transmits a station statistics report message including requested statistics information to the requesting station.
