<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor capable of reducing ESR; and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The capacitor includes: an positive electrode body 2 composed of a porous body of a valve action metal or its alloy; a dielectric layer 3 formed on the surface of the interior of, and on the periphery of, the porous body; a conductive polymer layer 4 formed on the dielectric layer 3; negative electrode layers 5, 6 formed on the conductive polymer layer 4 of the periphery of the porous body; and a positive electrode lead 1 one end of which is burried in the positive electrode body 2. The conductive polymer layer 4 in a first region 10 centered on the positive electrode lead 1 inside the porous body is formed only of a polypyrrole layer; and the conductive polymer layer in a second region 20 of the circumference of the first region 10 of the porous body is formed by laminating a polypyrrole layer on a polyethylenedioxythiophene layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
