PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclone separation unit for a cleaning device by which the sealing performance of a closure member can be improved. SOLUTION: The cyclone separation unit (100) for the cleaning device (10) includes serially-arranged several cyclone separators (104, 118, 136) which separate particles from airflow including trash and dust, several collectors (106, 130 and 144) for collecting the separated trash and dust and the closure member (150). The closure member (150) can move between a closed position in which the closure member (150) closes the ends of the collectors (106, 130 and 144) and an open position in which the separated trash and dust can be taken out of the collectors (106, 130 and 144). The ends of the collectors (106, 130 and 144) are separated by one or more dividing walls (132 and 146) and are provided with seals (166) which can extend so that they can seal the closure member (150) and one or more separating walls when the closure member (150) is in the closed position.
