<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated optical film capable of suppressing variation of optical characteristic value as a whole even if optical characteristic value of each layer varies due to humidity change. <P>SOLUTION: This laminated optical film includes a first optical anisotropic layer, and a second optical anisotropic layer. When a slow axis of the first optical anisotropic layer is substantially perpendicular to a slow axis of the second optical anisotropic layer, the relationship (1): -10 nm≤ΔRe1-ΔRe2≤10 nm is satisfied. When the slow axis of the first optical anisotropic layer is substantially parallel to the slow axis of the second optical anisotropic layer, the relationship (2): -10 nm≤ΔRe1+ΔRe2≤10 nm is satisfied. The Re of the whole laminated optical film is 30 nm≤Re≤500 nm. Here, in relationships (1) and (2), ΔRe1 represents the value of Re1 (80%RH)-Re1 (50%RH) in the first optical anisotropic layer, and ΔRe2 represents the value of Re2 (80%RH)-Re2 (50%RH) in the second optical anisotropic layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
