<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fusing method; and to provide a connection method of an electronic component having a heat-resistant coil by the fusing. <P>SOLUTION: An insulation coated conductive wire 2 being a rectangular thin wire having a cross-sectionally rectangular shape, and having a wider-side width of≤0.4 mm is brought into press contact with a metal terminal 3 through the wider-side surfaces of the insulation coated conductive wire 2 facing each other; at least part of an insulation coating (m) on one surface side, among both the wider-side surfaces in the press-contact parts between the insulation coated conductive wire 2 and the metal terminal 3, is previously removed by a coating removal device 10 and fusing is executed with the insulation coating (m) on the other surface side left when the fusing for jointing the conductive wire 2 to the metal terminal 3 is executed while melting the insulation coating (m) by carrying a current to the press-contact parts between the metal terminal 3 and the insulation coated conductive wire 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
