<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly method of a stationary blade annular segment reducing risk of thermal deformation and strength drop, securing flexibility in a shape, and improving compression performance of a compressor, and also to provide a welding method of satisfactorily welding by preventing a welding object from separating from a groove or a hollow part during welding. <P>SOLUTION: In the assembly method of the stationary blade annular segment, sidewall parts 50b on both sides are formed with inclined to a bottom part 50a so as to make width of a groove 50 formed on each segment divided body 41 smaller toward the bottom part 50a from an outer circumference side, and a joining member 42 is formed in a section shape to be maximized at a projection part 42b in a thickness direction middle part. When the joining member 42 is stored in the groove 50, the projection parts 42b on both sides abuts on or approaches to a sidewall part 50b of the groove 50, a space 100 is formed on the bottom part 50a side of the groove 50, and a substantially V-shape section groove part 200 is formed on a side separate from the bottom part 50a of the groove 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
