PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to stand side walls under laid down condition rapidly, surely and approximately vertically. SOLUTION: A locking projection 7a for preventing a horizontal side wall from being raised up is formed on a locking hook 7 of a female hinge member H1 arranged on the bottom part 1. When a side wall 2 under a horizontal condition is raised up, a locking block part 9 of a male hinge member H2 arranged on the side wall 2 is brought into contact with the locking projection 7a for preventing the horizontal side wall from being raised up. In addition, when the side wall 2 under a vertical condition is raised up, the locking block part 9 of the male hinge member H2 arranged on the side wall 2 is brought into contact with the locking hook 7 of the female hinge member H1 arranged on the bottom part 1. As a result, as in the case of a conventional foldable container, there is no concern of bringing an engaging block into contact with the bank part of the bottom part, or running aground on the bank part, and accordingly, it is possible to stand the side walls under laid down condition rapidly, surely and approximately vertically.
