PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box which is not damaged and facilitates packaging work in packaging. SOLUTION: A first insertion flap 8 is formed consecutively on a top board 2, the first insertion flap 8 having a slit 9 along a folding line 2a on a folded portion folded toward a first side board 3. On the upper edge of the first side board 3, a second insertion flap 10 is formed by cutting down the first side board 3, projecting with the width corresponding to the width of the slit 9, along the extensions of both edges of its projecting portion from the upper edge of the first side board 3 up to the middle thereof. In the center of the slit 9, a pull-insertion opening 20 is cut off consecutively from the folding line 2a of the first insertion flap 8 toward the inside of the top board 2. In the center of the slit 9 opposite to the pull-insertion opening 20, an interference preventing opening 21 is cut off consecutively from the folding line 2a of the first insertion flap 8 toward the front end of the first insertion flap 8. The lower edge of the second insertion flap 10 is folded outward from the first side board 3, and the front end 10c of the second insertion flap 10 is folded inward along the upper edge of the first side board 3 to be inserted in the slit 9, by which the top board 2 is closed.
