PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake generating car equipped with an earthquake generator that is easily positioned. SOLUTION: The earthquake generating car is equipped with: a base isolation device 70 that suppresses the vibration transmitted from the earthquake generator 1 that rocks an experience room 3 at least in a horizontal direction; a locking mechanism 80 fixedly joining the experience room to the earthquake generator; and a positioning means 90 that positions the experience room at a prescribed position to the earthquake generator. The positioning means comprises: a first stopper rail 91 and a second stopper rail 92 integrally configured with the experience room and extending in a horizontal direction and so arranged as to intersect approximately orthogonal to each other; and a pair of positioning mechanisms composed of a cam member 93 rotatably supported by the earthquake generator around the vertical axis and pressurizing the first and second stopper rails in accordance with the rotating position, and an actuator 94 rotating the cam member.
