PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary wall-mounting structure which can facilitate the construction of an auxiliary wall by enabling the height of a mounting frame to be easily adjusted to the height of a ceiling from a floor surface in the construction of the auxiliary wall. SOLUTION: The auxiliary wall 2 comprises the rectangular mounting frame 4 and a face plate 6. The face plate 6 of the auxiliary wall 2 is composed of a decorative laminated sheet 6a on the front side, and a reinforcing plate 6b which is arranged on the rear side of the lower portion of the decorative laminated sheet 6a. Vertical frame portions 4c and 4d of the mounting frame 4 can be expanded/contracted by adjusting the length of upward protrusion of an inner frame body 13 from an outer frame body 12.
