PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a moving space required for storing and unfolding a canopy body to be small. SOLUTION: The canopy device 5 is provided with a canopy body 10 used by being put on the head of a crew sitting on a vehicle seat 1. The canopy body 10 is connected to a vehicle body through a moving mechanism 11 capable of moving it between an unfolded position at which it is put on the head of the crew and a stored position at which it is retreated to the side behind the vehicle seat 1 while sinking it downwards. The canopy body 10 is moved by the moving mechanism 11 in a state where the backrest angle of the seat back 2 of the vehicle seat 1 is brought down to the rear side relative to a standard angle for sitting use at normal time.
