PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound treating utensil which is absorptive and improved in sticking tendency to a wound. SOLUTION: The wound treating utensil 10 comprises a holed material 20 having the top and bottom surfaces and a plurality of through-holes 21; and an absorptive element 30 arranged on the top surface of the holed material, wherein at least the bottom surface of the holed material 20 is coated with a silicone resin 40 to prevent at least a part of the through-holes from being closed by the coating; and a part 31 of the absorptive element opposing to the through-holes of the holed material is coated with the silicone resin 40 so that a liquid may infiltrate from the bottom surface side of the holed material into the absorptive element.
