PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health apparatus capable of adjusting the level of stimulation of soles and having sufficient deodorizing properties and durability. SOLUTION: This health apparatus including a columnar rod body 20 capable of applying a pressure to a sole by treading by a foot, wherein the rod body 20 is connected to a box-shaped base 30, and the base 30 has an opening part 32 continuing from a storage clearance 9 formed in its inside to the outside and storing solid-state charcoal 5 in the storage clearance 9.
