PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing/drying machine capable of economically operating by decreasing power consumption. SOLUTION: A control device of the washing/drying machine 1 is connected with a weather information supply site 8 via a router 2 to be able to obtain weather information. After the finish of spin-drying, the control device, obtaining the weather information, educes a temperature likely to be and humidity likely to be from the weather information to calculate a time required for drying clothes from the educed information and weight of the clothes to be dried. A precipitation percentage by the finish of drying the clothes is educed from the present weather information. When a time zone in which the precipitation percentage is above a specified threshold value appears, determining that drying in the sun is impossible, the machine 1 executes a drying process through a heat pump.
