Disclosed is an inductive component comprising an element body (1) made of an insulating material, a coil portion (20) embedded in the element body (1), and an external electrode terminal (5) electrically connected to an end of the coil portion (20). This inductive component is improved in reliability against thermal shock by providing an exposed interface between the element body (1) and the external electrode terminal (5) with a stress relaxation portion (6), thereby relaxing the stress generated because of thermal expansion coefficient difference due to temperature change.
