<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber illumination device capable of light emission with arbitrary color arrangement in an arbitrary design region, the optical fiber illumination device being formed by a plurality of optical fibers, and to provide the manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The optical fiber illumination device comprises: the plurality of optical fibers 1 having an arbitrary design region D; an optical fiber fixing member 2 which fixes the optical fibers 1; and a light source 10 disposed on an end part of the optical fibers 1, wherein at least one part of colored layer X is disposed on the design region D. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
