<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitance type input device, a display device with input function and electronic equipment, preventing a light transmittance from being deteriorated even when a shielding conductive layer is provided, while improving productivity and a yield, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In this capacitance type input device 1, the shielding conductive layer 18 faces one face 10a of a translucent substrate 10 where translucent electrodes 11, 12 for detecting an input operation position are formed, so that the translucent electrodes 11, 12 can be protected from external noise. A translucent material 15 having a high refractive index is filled between the one face 10a of the translucent substrate 10 and a support substrate 19 with the shielding conductive layer 18 formed thereon, so that no reflective interface exists between the translucent substrate 10 and the shielding conductive layer 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
