PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent all light-emitting parts from being turned off even if power supply is cut off due to disconnection or the like of a power supply path in order to ensure visibility after the power supply cutoff. SOLUTION: Power supply is executed via a different power supply path for each group that is formed by classifying each of a plurality of light-emitting parts 20. Even if power supply by some power supply paths is cut off due to their disconnection or the like, power supply by the other power supply paths is not cut off. Each group formed by classifying each of the light-emitting parts 20 does not include the light-emitting parts 20 at least adjacent to each other. Power supply is not executed to each light-emitting part 20 in the same group via the same power supply path. Therefore, the light-emitting parts 20 adjacent to each other are not included in the same group.
