PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper money moving body driving device in a paper money storage device in which a moving body for paper money is not moved by a pressurizing force by a pressurizing means. SOLUTION: This paper money moving body driving device in the paper money storage device is characterized to accept paper money between an extrusion means arranged in a fixed state and the moving body arranged at an acceptance position, and to relatively move the moving body to the extrusion means, and to make the extrusion means advance into a paper money holding part between an elastically energized pressurization means and the moving body, and to move the accepted paper money to the paper holding part, and to pressurize the paper money of the paper money holding part to the moving body by the pressurization means to hold the paper money, and to link-connect the moving body with a rotary crank, and to set the acceptance position of the moving body in the neighborhood of the dead point of the crank.
