PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a zoom lens which is thin, and also, has a high zoom ratio by arranging a reflection member for bending an optical path. SOLUTION: The zoom lens includes, in order from an object side to an image side: a first lens group having a positive refractive power; a second lens group having a negative refractive power; a third lens group having a negative refractive power; an aperture diaphragm; and a rear lens group having one or more lens groups having a positive refractive power as a whole. The second lens group includes the reflection member for bending light beams from an object.
