PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grating mounting structure applicable to a conventional grating without making any improvement of the grating while taking low cost antitheft measures without needing fittings such as connecting metal fittings. SOLUTION: The grating 1 is provided with a plurality of mounting through-holes 15a, while female thread members 5 or male thread members 6 are disposed and fixed to a side ditch 2 into opposite positions to the through-holes when placing the grating 1 on the side ditch 2. The grating 1 is placed on the side ditch 2, and mounting bolts 7 are screwed to the female thread members 5 through the respective through-holes 15a, or mounting nuts 8 are screwed to the male thread members 6 to fix the grating 1 to the side ditch 2. Out of these mounting bolts 7 or mounting nuts 8, a head 70 of at least one mounting bolt 7 or the mounting nut 8 is formed into a deformed body K provided with protrusions 70b, 80b, and the mounting bolt 7 or mounting nut 8 can be mounted/removed only with an exclusive tool 9 fitted to the deformed body.
