Subject: flexible circular disk-like seal applicable to the peripheral rim of cylindrical mixer-equipped liquid-containing vials. Constitution: a potential aperture may be formed at the centre 1 of the circular disk by mere pressure at the userÆs will, a dotted line for the creation of a traverse notch 2, an upwardly formed skirt 3 which is hollow inside to tightly fit the rim of the vessel and ensure the sealing of its content, a 1cm-rim 4 downwardly extending along the circumference to fit the opening of the vial and seal up the notch, wings (flaps)5 set around the centre and initiated upon opening of the aperture for ensuring the sealing of this last, a tongue 6 at the upper outer surface for the removal of the seal -when desired-and the formation of the traverse notch in order to create the opening allowing the introduction of a mixer 9, a reinforcing ring 8 wherein the firm opening and closing flaps are encased so that the sealing of the interior of the vial during the reciprocating and traverse movement of the rotary shaft of the user-actuated mixer 9 may be guaranteed. Advantages: sealing during the mixerÆs operation, preparation of small-quantity ointments, creams, emulsions into 50ml,70ml,100ml, 150ml and 200ml vials and direct supply o these products. |
